How We Work
"Say goodbye to the same old boring school photoshoots and hello to a fresh, creative experience with Reveries Atelier! 🌸✨ We’ve added a personal touch with a unique QR code for each child. This code leads to a private gallery where parents can easily order prints or digital files. All payments are handled directly through our website – no need for the school to manage orders or payments.
If parents choose prints, they will be shipped directly to the school. 📦
Photoshoot Process
Our photographer arrives an hour before the photoshoot begins to set up the background, props, and lighting. The session typically starts at 8 or 9 AM, depending on the school’s schedule. Once we start, we’ll capture 5-10 images of each child, keeping the process quick and fun! For those nervous little ones, especially children aged 15-30 months, we use a variety of calming techniques to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. 🐝
Once the photoshoot is over, we’ll tear down the set, clear out the props, and ensure everything is put back in place, leaving the room exactly as we found it. 🧹
Effortless Order Process
On the day of the shoot, children will receive a QR card to take home. Parents can simply scan the QR code to register. Once the photos are ready, we will notify parents via email and text message. Families can then browse the gallery at their leisure and choose from a variety of photo packages.
Ordering and Delivery Details:
- Initial Two-Week Period: Parents have two weeks to place their orders to benefit from our batch shipment, where we cover the shipping costs.
- Extended Two-Week Option: Following the initial period, parents have an additional two weeks to place orders, with the convenience of direct shipping to their homes for a nominal fee.
Seasonal Shoots to Remember:
- Spring Shoots: Capture the bloom of spring from March 1st through the end of May.
- Fall Shoots: Embrace the autumn hues from August 1st through the end of October.
- Santa Shoots: Celebrate the festive season from November 1st until mid-December.
